A 25-page guide explaining overall operation of the program. Part 4 of the guide (Answering Key Questions When a Storm is Approaching) includes practice scenarios from Hurricanes Isaac and Sandy.

An extensive tutorial for the GIS user that explains how to work with data exported from HURREVAC and various other sources
